These terms apply to purchases from studio by Katya (studiobykatya.com), operated by Katya Studenaya as a sole proprietor. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders and payment
Prices are listed in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — I never see or store your card details. An order is confirmed once payment is complete and you receive a confirmation email.
Each original painting is one of a kind. If two people order the same original at the same moment, the first completed payment wins and the second buyer is refunded in full.
Colors and images
I photograph every piece carefully, but colors can look slightly different on different screens. Prints are reproductions of the originals.
Copyright
All artwork, images and text on this site are © Katya Studenaya. Buying an original or a print gives you ownership of the physical piece, not the copyright. Please don’t reproduce the artwork without written permission.
Commissions
Commissions start with a 50% deposit; the remaining balance is due before the finished work is delivered. The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel before I begin work, and non-refundable once work has started. Timelines and details are agreed by email for each commission.
