Shipping & returns

Processing time

Every order is packed by hand in my studio and ships within 7–10 business days of payment. Original paintings are carefully wrapped and boxed.

Shipping

• Postcards ship free within the US, mailed flat in a protective envelope.
• Prints and originals ship with tracking. The shipping cost is shown before you pay.
• International orders: please email me at contact@studiobykatya.com for a shipping quote before ordering. Any customs duties or import taxes are paid by the buyer.

As soon as your order ships you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

Returns

I want you to love your art. You can return any order within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Originals must be unframed.
• Please email me before sending anything back so I can give you the return address.
• Return shipping is paid by the buyer. For original paintings, please use a tracked and insured service.
• Commissioned works are made just for you and can’t be returned.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return arrives in its original condition. Original shipping costs aren’t refunded.

Damaged in transit

If anything arrives damaged, please email photos of the item and the packaging within 7 days of delivery. I’ll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
